Shipping & Delivery
***Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, we may not be able to fulfill all orders within the normal processing time.
All products are shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice so that they stay sufficiently chilled. You may receive your products fully or partially frozen, please place products in the freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.
Once the product is thawed, you can use within 14 days. We recommend that the product be used within 60 days if stored frozen.
We currently deliver within the continental US. At this time, we are unable to ship to any other locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.To make sure that your shipment arrives in great shape, we primarily ship Monday through Wednesday.
We’ll send you emails when your order is placed, when it ships out, and when it’s delivered. While we work to ship orders quickly and efficiently, we are unable to prevent fulfillment delays or shipping interruptions/delays caused by FedEx.

Depending on the size of your order, there may be multiple shipments. If that is the case, you should receive tracking information for each shipment. Shipping time is generally 1-3 days, depending on the distance the shipment has to travel. Your order may also be delivered to your home on a Saturday.
We ship for a flat $5.95 fee.
There are no volume discounts or concessions offered for purchasing multiple bundles. Expedited shipping is not available.
Our products are shipped frozen with dry ice and should be stored properly upon delivery to ensure freshness.
Cancellation & Order Change Policy
We consider all sales as final after the order has been placed.
